The chef behind Seasoned-Chef:
I am a professionally trained and certified chef and -- like many in the industry -- I got my start while barely a teenager. I grew up in my parents’ restaurant, washing dishes and helping wherever needed -- learning at an early age the sacrifices made by restaurant owners. Years later, I found myself working for a talented chef in a fine seafood restaurant. He convinced me to take the plunge and go to culinary school and I’ve never looked back. I’ve worked in the industry for nearly 22 years and have been the executive chef for a private golf club, hotels and restaurants, winning awards for my menus and my dishes.
