Dried Roma Tomatoes
My wife and I love sundried tomatoes. Unfortunately, virtually all commercially processed dried tomatoes (and fruits) are packed with sulfites, which she is allergic to. She can’t drink wine either, but that’s a different story. So, to help her out and any of you good folks who are in the same boat, I dry my own tomatoes without the sulfites. Feel free to indulge in them!
