Fruit Lover’s Gift Box
Key Lime Mojo - 14 oz.
Mojo is another classic Latino marinade. I season mine with lots of Key Lime juice, sweet onion, garlic, & oregano. It makes a fantastic marinade for anything from grilled vegetables, chicken, fish, and even pork.
Raspberry Champagne Vinegar - 8 oz.
This vinegar is fantastic when used on lettuce salads, lightly splashed on stone fruit, or for deglazing your pan after sautéing chicken.
Roasted Peach Mustard - 7 oz.
Zesty, but sweet Dijon mustard flavored with roasted peaches make for a unique condiment.
Mango Chutney - 7 oz.
Fruity, hot, tangy, and spicy, this is the perfect cold condiment for grilled fish, chicken, or pork.

Hot and Spicy Gift Box
Orange Blossom Honey & Red Chile Marinade - 14 oz.
I use orange blossom honey from local citrus groves for this. Then I add some garlic, ginger, red chiles, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to make this marinade. It is great for fish, chicken, or pork, grilled veggies, and is even handy when used as part of your stir fry!
Jalapeño Oil - 8 oz.
Fresh jalapeños make this oil a great gift for chile lovers. It has a great jalapeño flavor, yet is not so hot that you will run for the nearest fire hydrant. I love to drizzle it over almost everything, from scrambled eggs, to fresh tomatoes, to cooked meats & poultry, even over cooked pasta.
Chipotle Grain Mustard - 7 oz.
Earthy, smoky jalapeños give this mustard heat that is just enough to be
addictive.
Spicy Cajun Dry Rub - 4 oz.
Myriad of herbs & spices including spicy Hungarian paprika, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, & red, white, and black peppers give this one enough sizzle to make your body temperature rise! It is fantastic on just about any meat you can think of. Again, my sister-in-law Adrienne thinks this one might even be my best seasoning rub.

Poultry and Pork Seasoning Gift Box
Lemon & Tarragon Marinade - 14 oz.
This marinade was designed with fish in mind, but would be great on white meat poultry.
Rosemary Oil - 8 oz.
Great drizzled over fresh tomatoes or cooked pasta, for sautéing fish, poultry, or beef.
Tomato Chutney - 7 oz.
Chutneys are sweet, savory, spicy relishes that we first got from East India. I make this one with tomatoes and lots of spices, including fresh ginger, cinnamon, dry mustard, allspice, and star anise. It makes a fantastic condiment for grilled breads, risotto, and roasted chicken or pork.
Herbaceous Poultry Rub - 4 oz.
The perfect blend of sage, thyme, rosemary, basil, marjoram, garlic, & sea salt make this one ideal for chicken, turkey, quail, guinea fowl, and even some fin fish, such as mahi mahi or sturgeon.

Red Meat Seasoning Gift Box
Chimichurri - 14 oz.
This is a traditional Latino marinade and condiment made from parsley, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. My sister-in-law, Adrienne, says that mine is the best she has ever tasted! How’s that for a testimonial?
Garlic Oil - 8 oz.
The strong, yet serene flavor of roasted garlic permeates this oil, making it perfect for virtually anything, especially if you love garlic as much as I do!

Garlic, Herb, & Cracked Pepper Dry Rub - 4 oz.
Rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, onion, and cracked pepper make for a very zesty seasoning that is fantastic on beef, pork, lamb, or any other red meat. Like all of my dry rubs, this one can be used as a wet marinade by blending in some olive oil.
