Orange Blossom Honey & Red Chile Marinade
I use orange blossom honey from local citrus groves for this. Then I add some garlic, ginger, red chiles, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to make this marinade. It is great for fish, chicken, or pork, grilled veggies, and is even handy when used as part of your stir fry!
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Rice vinegar, Orange blossom honey, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Sambal, Black sesame seeds, Yellow sesame seeds, Garlic cloves, Sea salt
