Roasted Apple Dressing
I love fruit in my green salads and used this way, the fruit permeates the whole salad! I roast Granny Smith apples, and then puree them for the dressing. Crumble some Stilton, Roquefort or other bleu cheese on your salad, or even use my wife’s favorite--chevre.
Ingredients: Granny Smith apples, Soy oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, Sea salt, Cracked pepper
