Balsamic Syrup
This is the same product that many fine dining restaurants make and use in a variety of dishes. It is highly reduced and concentrated balsamic vinegar syrup that is sticky sweet and tangy. It is pure paradise on ripe tomatoes & fresh mozzarella, over grilled asparagus, drizzled over risotto, cooked duck, or even ice cream!

Granny Smith Apple Vinegar
All the tart, crisp flavor of Granny Smith apples is packed into this vinegar, making it great for salads, marinades, or for deglazing your pan after you cook poultry and especially pork!

Raspberry Champagne Vinegar
This vinegar is fantastic when used on lettuce salads, lightly splashed on stone fruit, or for deglazing your pan after sautéing chicken.

Sour Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
I had pork loin in mind when I developed this vinegar, but it would be good on many dishes, including poultry, especially duck or pheasant, or even green salads.

Tarragon Champagne Vinegar
This wonderful vinegar can be used to make your own marinades, salad dressings, or as a great way of adding flavor without fat. Use a bit of this vinegar to deglaze your pan after you sauté some chicken, add a few 0unces of stock, let it reduce and you have a fantastic sauce with lots of flavor and virtually no fat.
